A fun, empowering online workshop for private friend groups ages 10-12 who will be getting their period soon, have recently gotten their period, or just want to learn more about periods (all genders welcome). Our aim is threefold: 1) to increase kids’ knowledge of how to deal with periods confidently and effectively, 2) debunk myths while challenging negative attitudes surrounding menstruation, and 3) reduce any shame or fear kids may have about this amazing bodily superpower!
